This is from a late 60's kiddie program titled "Rocket Robin Hood", which I haven't heard of before today. If any of the scenes or voices are familiar, they're stolen from the most famous episode of the Spider-Man cartoon, "Revolt in the Fifth Dimension". This aggressively psychedelic Ralph Bakshi-directed episode is also notable for containing some very experimental music from the KPM library in London. There's lots more on that here: http://blog.wfmu.org/freeform/2007/01/the_music_every.html and here: http://blog.wfmu.org/freeform/2008/05/the-radioactive.html
